You’ll learn how recruitment really works — from sourcing and compliance to communication and client care.
Entry Criteria: To qualify for the programme, applicants need to meet a clear set of criteria to ensure they’re ready for the opportunities and responsibilities involved. Please review the requirements below before applying:
- South African citizen or permanent resident
- Unemployed at the time of application
- Aged between 18 and 35
- Studies aligned to the role (from Matric with N6/one-year certificate to diploma, degree or postgraduate)
- Fields welcomed include HR, sales and marketing
- Must not have completed a similar funded internship before
- Clean criminal record with no convictions or pending cases
- Able to commit to a 12-month programme
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Confident using digital tools and technology
- Completed Grade 12/Matric (tertiary qualification is an advantage)
- Must submit CV, ID and proof of qualifications when applying
